General Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 Business Days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped.

Items shipping within Australia
For most destinations, we offer $10.00 flat rate shipping across Australia
In some instances, for remote destinations, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order by clicking the link in your email.
In-store pickup
We currently do not offer in-store pick up.
Estimated Delivery
Orders shipped by Sendle or Standard Australia Parcel Post are usually delivered within 2 – 7 business days from date of dispatch.
International Shipping
If you are shopping from outside Australia, please contact us for assistance in shipping to your country. Please note that internation Express Aus Post is $30 and usually delivered within 7 - 15 days.
Custom and Duty charges
Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes/ COD fees. Unfortunately, since we don't have any control over these charges, we can't cover them for you.
